Jacqueline Obioma-Elemba is an innovative, focused, intentional health care professional, an academician, speaker and entrepreneur.
Jacqueline is a successful optometrist and astute academician with a natural ardency for practical impact.
She holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from Imo State University, Nigeria, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) and an MSc. in Clinical Optometry (MSc Clin. Opt.) from Abia State University, Nigeria.
She is an Optometrist with both clinical and academic experience, having been passionately active in clinical eye care practice and education for over 20 years, and as a lecturer, she is not a stranger to delivering high-energy keynote presentations that expose her audiences to striking information regarding eye health, with practical strategies that are impactful when applied personally or professionally.
She delivers health talks at various online and onsite platforms, professional and social fora, she also talks on topics related to helping start-ups to set up and position well.
Jacqueline is armed with clinical experiences from attending to various eye conditions that have been presented to her over the years in personal consultations and at community outreaches, both in urban township and the rural settings.

She is highly given to practicality, latest academic research, evidence-based medicine and advanced technology within the confines of what is available in her region of practice to provide advanced eye care to her patients and overall healthcare experience.
She continues to give herself to academic research and has as well, authored several publications and research materials.
As an entrepreneur, she is the creative director to several businesses, investor in several companies, mentor/coach to several young entrepreneurs; contributing to setting up various businesses, as well as coordination of health outreaches on different scales.
Jacqueline sits on the Board of several Companies and NGOs.
She is a natural organizer, with a vast and cumulative experience in mentoring, setting up successful start-ups, businesses or ventures. Her core values are diligence, strong work ethics and resilience in spite of adversity and challenges.
Jacqueline is highly thorough, she loves to read, learn new things, and believes that everyone can achieve their dreams and enjoy success to the highest level.
Jacqueline is a Woman of Christian faith, family-oriented & lives in Imo state, Nigeria with her husband and they are blessed with three Children.
